With each home Cynthia sells, she will make a donation to a local nonprofit (501c-3) organization dedicated to helping children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Examples of nonprofits receiving donations are The ARC, Special Olympics and The Jericho School.
Cynthia lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida with her husband, Dr. Michael Lupi, and three sons, Brandon, Mason and Joshua. Brandon and Mason are recent graduates of Ponte Vedra High School. Joshua is a rising Junior. Ponte Vedra’s top ranked schools, highly rated healthcare, beautiful beaches, and friendly residents are only a few of the alluring characteristics that originally drew Cynthia and her family to this charming area.

Since childhood, volunteering and community service have been an integral part of Cynthia’s life.
